How To:

View your statement online

  1. Sign in to online banking.
    (If you do not have online banking please visit farmersbankgroup.com or call 1.888.988.3276.)
  2. At the Account level, click on the account you’d like to view e-statements for.
  3. Under that account, select the “Documents” tab.
  4. Enter the date range you’d like to view.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Statements can be saved and/or printed.

Go paperless

  1. Sign in to online banking.
    (If you do not have online banking please visit farmersbankgroup.com or call 1.888.988.3276.)
  2. Upon logging into online banking, an e-statement enrollment box will appear. IF NOT, click the “Options” button in the menu bar, go to e-statement enrollment, and select edit.
  3. In the e-statement enrollment box, select from the account list provided which account(s) you’d like to receive e-statements for.
  4. Read and accept the Electronic Statment and Disclosure policy.
  5. Once you are enrolled, you will receive an email notification when a new account statement is available for viewing in Online Banking. You can then print and/or save the statement.

*Cancelling E-Statements: You may opt-out of e-statements at any time by visiting one of our branch locations. If you opt-out of E-Statements, we will resume delivery of your paper statements by U.S. Mail. There will be a $30.00 reinstatement fee associated with the reinstatement of paper statements. For Totally Green & Business Green Checking accountholders, there will be an additional $3.00 monthly paper statement charge.
